These terms cover your use of blazrclips.com and the BlazrClips waitlist, operated by Trase LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. We will update these terms before the BlazrClips product launches.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to BlazrClips or access by any particular date. Any free access we offer may be limited, and we may change or end it. You must be at least 13, or at least 16 in the EU, EEA, and UK, to join.
What the site describes
BlazrClips is still being built. Features, timing, and pricing may change, and anything marked "Coming soon" is not available yet. Product views and gameplay shown on the site are illustrative.
Your content
You are responsible for any content you submit or post using BlazrClips, including having the rights to the footage, gameplay, and music in it. Copyright claims, flags, strikes, or other action taken against your accounts are between you and the platform or rights holder.
No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee views, followers, revenue, or channel growth.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, including by disrupting it, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or submitting information that is false or that you have no right to share.
Our content
The BlazrClips name, logo, and site content belong to us. Other names and trademarks shown on the site belong to their owners, who are not affiliated with us and do not endorse us.
Disclaimer
The site and waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site or waitlist.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here and updating the date above. Continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state where Trase LLC is organized, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
