BlazrClips is operated by Trase LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect through blazrclips.com and how we use it. It covers the website and waitlist. We will update it before the BlazrClips product launches.
What we collect
What you give us. Your email address and, if you add it, your channel.
What is collected automatically when analytics runs.
- Pages you view, what you click, how far you scroll, and where you leave the site
- Whether you started filling in the signup form. We do not collect what you type unless you submit it
- Session replays, which reconstruct how you moved through the page, with everything typed into fields hidden
- Your device and browser type, and your approximate location based on your IP address
If you submit your email, we link it to your analytics activity on this site.
How we use it
- To run the waitlist, send you a thank-you email when you join, and email you about access, launch, and product updates
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use these providers to run the site:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and processes your IP address, including to work out which country you are in so we know whether to show the cookie banner
- Discord receives your email and channel so our team is notified of new signups
- Resend sends our emails and stores your email address for that purpose
- PostHog provides analytics, heatmaps, and session replays
- Google Fonts delivers the site's fonts and receives your IP address when it does
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
Cookies and similar technology
PostHog uses cookies and browser storage to recognize returning visitors. We also store your cookie choice in your browser.
If you visit from the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, or we cannot tell where you are, analytics only runs if you accept it. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the site footer.
How long we keep it
We keep signup details until you ask us to remove them or we no longer need them for the waitlist or product launch. Analytics data is kept for up to one year.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop emailing you, by replying to any email or emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law.
If you are in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on your consent for analytics and on our legitimate interest in running the waitlist you asked to join. You can withdraw consent at any time, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Where your data goes
We and our providers operate in the United States and other countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live.
Children
BlazrClips is not for children under 13, or under 16 in the EU, EEA, and UK. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
